Here is a quick how to. Easiest  way to  animate skins in Kodi. Very simple to follow instructions and will bring your kodi skin build to life!

Not working on skins like  Aeon Nox and a few others.

Step 1: Make sure you’re running the Confluence skin
Step 2: Go to System / Appearance / Skin / Settings
Step 3: Background Options / Under Background enable Custom Background and in Background path select your Gif.
